Well new technologies have continued to make significant inroads and this holds true for youth as new technology has become increasingly embedded in everyday niches, it has become common for youths to interact with dozens of digital devices throughout a typical day, and many among them spend hour-upon-hour learning about and manipulating computer devices such as laptop computers, handheld computers, game consoles, cell phones, pagers, audio players and others.

On the other hand we know these technologies are offering a varigated and latest information about the happenings happen around the world with that pleasure and relative autonomy, all of which are of particular appeal to youths.

But these high and ultra modern technologies have brought many implications not only for young people themselves but also for their relationships within the family and between generations.

Ranjeet, an techno freak said that we live today in an ever-increasingly hyper-interconnected world, a global society of communicative interactions and exchanges that stimulates pro-found cultural transformations and realignments. He said that by the arrival of new technologies, has come to represent better global human relations that in turn has unearthed and defined a specific youth culture.

Amit Moza said that the technology has become the boom for youths and this age is the age of youths until and unless you are not aware about the latest and up-dated versions of technology you are treated as old. He said that he spends almost 7 to 8 hours every day on his laptop during this time he do not want to be bothered and even he skip his meals.

In essence to the changing global technology landscape and the arrival of a powerful media-driven culture, which is shaping the socialisation processes, says one of the parent. He said that the newly curved values and beliefs among youths are influenceing their decisions in areas such as educational choice, employment, leisure and life in general. He said that with the new culture in store the youths no more observe family traditions and decisions that is why they are facing up hill task in dealing with the realities of life.

Another parent said that we are not against the technology. We have always provided what our wards want, often times we meet their demands in a mind that they do not remain behind in any thing but in the mean time they are slowly forgetting the values and respect. They become more and more self proclaimed and self centered. He said that parents do everything to make their children happy and in return they want few words of love to be told. If they do not understand, they will but there will be no one to share especially the parents.
