UTEP kicks off team senior Myron Strong for school violations Thursday

Associated Press (AP) El Paso Texas. University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) senior guard Myron Strong was terminated from the men's basketball team for violation of school and athletic department policies. UTEP officials announced on Thursday and added no further information. Strong a Memphis Tennessee native played in all 33 games for the Niners last season and his statistics were 3.1 points per game average, 1.6 rebounds per game and 1.8 assists per game.
