Rehab Facility Treats Child Phone Addicts

Two children in Lleida, Spain have been admitted to a mental health facility where they are being treated for an addiction to their cell phones. The two children, ages 12 and 13, demonstrated inability to carry out daily activities in the absence of their mobile devices. Dr Maite Utges, the director of the clinic, has recommended parents to allow their children to have cell phones only after the age of 16.
