Gay Is The New Flu

A flu is catchable, even chicken pox are catchable. But being gay isn't. Some may think that even hanging out with a gay person means that they will catch the 'disease' and turn gay too. Which is crazy to even imagine, considering you can't catch being straight.

Gay isn't contagious, it's not some flu you can catch from your friends. Whether it is genetic or a choice. The main thing is it isn't catchable. it's not some disease that you get.

People around here are so close minded. Apparently a gay person can't have friends of the same sex without sleeping with them. By the time graduation came around I had 'slept with all my friends'.

Thinking back to all those times makes me realize how excited I am to get out of this town and head to University. Please share similar stories with me I would love to hear them :)
