Over One Half Of New Yorkers Are Against The Mosque Proposed At Ground Zero That Is Supported By Mayor Bloomberg And Other Politicians

A recent poll that was conducted by Quinnipiac University (July 1st) found that in New York City, voters were opposed to the building of a mosque at Ground Zero by a margin of 52-31 percent.

In the more liberal borough of Manhattan, voters were for the mosque by a margin of 46-36 percent, compared to 73-14 percent opposed on Staten Island...
