World's First'Flying Car'Is Ready To Take Off

Affraid of traffic? Now its time to say good bye to the traffic and traffic signals because dream of flying straight from home to office or any destination is about to come true.

Terrafugia Transition,a light air craft which is just 6'9" tall,80" wide and 18'9" long and can fold its wings to turn into a street legal car is about to go into production after having been given a special weight exemption by the US Federal Air Authority.

Obtaining licence to fly this iconic thing won't be difficult and drivers can be qualified to fly light sport air craft after just 20 hours of logged flying time, and once you have that all you need is $200,000 to purchase your own flying car.

When its airborn it can go upto 115MPH,and road fuel consupmtion is way better than expensive sports cars like Ferrari,Lamborghini,Aston Martin or even Audi because it does 30 MPG.

Wings can fold or deploy with a single press of button, and for those who are affraid of crash landings'll be happy to hear that Flying Car,comes with full vehicle Parachute,so even if engine goes to fail somehow, they'll land soft and safe.

The finished vehicle for sale is expected in the last quarter of 2011.
