According to the reports, the famous Mexican singer Sergio Vega El Shaka has been shot dead today in Sinaloa.

José Sergio Vega Cuamea is commonly known by his stage name Sergio Vega. He was born in Hornos, Sonora, located near Ciudad Obregón in Mexico.

On June 26, 2010, he died near the hills of Barobampo, Mexico, after a car chase by an assassination gang. His partner survived the firing, but sadly he lost his life.

This is a great loss for the Mexican music industry as well as the field of music in general. The murder took place right before the time when Sergio Vega was to join his crew for an upcoming musical tour.

People are talking about his death all over the news and are trying to find out what really happened to Sergio Vega.

There are some reports which state that Sergio Vega’s assassination is not confirmed yet. According to the murder reports, the murder of Sergio Vega occurred when he was on his way from north to south by the US-Mexico International Highway 15, which is closer to the north of the San Miguel booth.
