Detroit, MI-What started out to as a argument between two patrons at the Starving Marvin’s strip club on Michigan Street between Cicott and Clippert has left one dead, and two others injured.
Detroit police reported the argument started between two patrons inside the club, later carrying over into the street. One of the patrons shot another, who died. The suspect attempted to leave the club when he was shot by a patron carrying a concealed weapon, according to John Roach, spokesman for the Detroit Police Department.
The man with the CCW also hit another patron. Roach said the suspect involved in the initial altercation and the patron with the CCW are both in custody. Under Michigan’s CCW laws, you are not suppose to have your weapon in any establishment selling liquor. The man possibly will face criminal charges for having the weapon in the club and firing his weapon not in the terms listed as self defense.
