Associated Press (AP) reports Livingston Parish Sheriff's deputies say Justin Bowlin 5 years old from Denham Springs Louisiana was playing in the driveway when his mother Jerri Lockett accidently ran him over with her vehicle Wednesday. The Baton Rouge Morning Advocate said Livingston Parish Fire Protection District number 5 treated the child then transported him to a Baton Rouge area hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident but Livingston Parish deputies believe the death of the child was an accident and Jerri will not be charged with any crime. The loss of her child is enough grief that she needs now.
