Myley Cyrus Upskirt Picture Posted on Twitter - See This Photo - Perez Hilton!

Above is the "tweet" that Perez Hilton used to get people to look up Miley Cyrus' skirt.

In case you cannot see the picture: Hilton said in his tweet: "If you are easily offended, do NOT click here http://i46.tinypic.com/2zre4pv.jpg Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!"

Tiny pic did remove the image of Miley Cyrus, but not early enough for other people to download it.

Shame on Perez Hilton for posting a picture of Miley Cyrus where you can see up her skirt! This picture has gone viral all over the Internet now. Fortunately many have blocked out the "spot."

According to comments on gossip teen, apparently Miley Cyrus was wearing undergarments which is good for her, but not good for Perez Hilton.

Think about this - she is just a child. A rumor said that Perez Hilton would not let his 15 year old dress like that - well then why would he take a picture of someone else's daughter making sure to get a perverted shot and then post it?

This was a violation of her privacy. The picture was taken in America and it is illegal to post such pictures of an under aged person. Miley Cyrus is still only 17.

Perez Hilton should be arrested. The picture of Cyrus is not on twitter anymore, but it is still floating around. Someone will probably post it here, but hopefully it can be kept out. It is unknown at this moment what will happen to Hilton.

It is unfortunate that this has happened to yet another celebrity who is a minor in less than 30 days. At least this one was dressed, but it is still a violation either way.

Miley Cyrus' reaction is unknown at the time of this write up.
