Storms Hit Dodge County

Earlier today a women driving down Highway 33 crashed and was fatally injured. There were two vehicles involved in the crash, but no passengers were in either car.

Sheriff office officials have said that the woman was driving a Ford Ranger and traveling in the westbound, but turned abruptly into the eastbound lane, striking the other car that was involved in the crash. The contact between the cars caused the Ford Ranger to hit a driveway embankment and go airborne.

The Ford Ranger fell into a ditch and rolled, ejecting the driver from the car. At this time, the crash is still being investigated by Dodge Country Crash officials.

The victim has been identified as Amy Toll-Bork, and her memorial service is being held this Thursday, The other driver, Kathy Brugger, was uninjured in the crash.
