Day by day the situation is getting worse in Taliban infested region of Afganisthan and Pakisthan.Taliban is trying to derail the developmental and peace- restoring process in Afghanisthan. The recent attack on the NATO convoy near Islamabad in Pakisthan reflects that attitude.The suspected Taliban attacked trucks carrying supplies for NATO forces stationed in Afghanistan.

Atleast 8 people were killed in yesterday's attack.The attack has re exposed the vulnerability of a crucial US supply line.Around 75% of supplies for the western forces in Afghanistan travel through Pakistan after arriving at Karachi port.

But the recent attack was first of its kind as it took place in heavily-guarded Pakistani capital.
