NASCAR: Mark Martin previews Pocono

The Pocono Raceway in Long Pond has been gravely affected by severe storms. Tornadoes and thunderstorms hit the area just before race time at the Gillette Fusion ProGlide 500 series. Several warnings had been given by meteorological sources, however they weren’t confirmed until the Storm actually hit the area.

The cars are back on track, for the competition after the dark cloud cover was cleared at the series. The races are going to start again however thunderstorm warnings are still due until 2p.m along with a tornado watch which is in effect until 8.p.m. Despite all these warnings the Gillette Fusion ProGlide 500 series is all set to start at the Pocono Raceway. Therefore all the fans are advised to stay tuned to enjoy this exciting event because so far it is scheduled to start on time. You can visit the Pocono Raceway in Long Pond as well as stream the race on line for your own convenience.
