Hillary Clinton today suspended her bid to become America's first woman president and vowed to help one-time rival Barack Obama in his fight to win the White House for the Democratic Party.

In repeated moments throughout her speech Clinton vowed to work for Obama, even though some in the audience of thousands of supporters booed at the first mention of Obama's name.
