Obama’s Twitter Account Hacker Imprisoned

Around April 2009, an anonymous hacker was discovered by the FBI tracing Twitter Inc. by masquerading as an administrator. Finally on March 25, 2010; a 24 year old lad known with the internet identity Hacker Croll, settled in the Central France was tracked by the FBI and the French Police. He lives with his parents in the Puy de Dộme and is an unemployed guy.

He used to hack Obama’s account and even of the singer Britney SpearsBritney Spears. He reached through these accounts by spending three hours in visiting the pages of Twitter which is a social-networking micro blogger. Finally, by guessing the secret question which companies often inquire while forgetting/changing the password, he has hacked the account (Reported by French State Prosecutor- Jean Yves Coquillat). He started as a hacking activist in Twitter and ended up through Gmail, Paypal and Amazon etc.

In an interview with the online French magazine Zataz, he stated that “I hacked therefore I am with no question of damaging or destroying. I could easily resell what I have found but that’s out of the question”.

His real name has not been released and he is still out of release for a month to undergo through the investigations. It is reported that he might be imprisoned for two years and could bear fine up to €30,000.
