Adams County Sheriff's Department are searching for several suspects who opened fire on two Deputies Saturday night, wounding one of them!

The Village at Coronado apartment complex has been targeting crime recently in the area and had requested more police patrols for the complex.

The police spokesperson, Sergeant Candi Baker says that there is gang activity in the complex as well as parts of Adams County.

The shooting happen in the 1700 block of Coronado Parkway in un-incorporated Adams County.

The officer's were on foot patrol at the time and were fired at as they approached the area.

According to authorities the officer after being shot was transported to an area hospital. The deputy received treatment and was subsequently released.

The suspects are still on the loose, and police did not return fire because of the number of people running around during the shooting!

The Sheriff's office considers the suspects armed and dangerous, and would like for the public to assist the Police in the apprehension of the guilty parties involved!

The Police represents Authority and Control..

The shooter's symbolizes, death and Chaos...

Basically it breaks down to, Good versus Evil...And the two rivals Good versus Evil have been around for centuries.

Who is winning the race?....You be the judge!
