CLIONA PAPAZIAN WHO ENGAGED IN ALL TYPES OF ILLEGAL ACTS IN THE COURT, PURPOSELY IGNORE EVIDENCE RECORDS AND MATERIAL FACTS AND PLACING A KIDNAPPED CHILD AT GRAVE RISK OF HARM.
