Ahmedabad: Virender Sehwag, former captain of Delhi Daredevils has hit fastest T20 half century in IPL 3 league match against Rajasthan Royals. Virender Sehwag knocked 50 in just 21 balls with an amazing strike rate of about 250. He scored 75 runs in total in just 34 balls. He had strike rate of 220. He sent the balls outside the fence for 13 times in his innings. He hit five over boundaries (Sixes) and eight boundarties (Fours). Delhi Daredevils were cruising with a run rate of 11.1 against 141 of Rajasthan Royals. Majority of runs were made be Sehwag only. Dinesh kartik scored 23 and De velliers 15.

Batting first Rajasthan Royals scored 141 for 6 and set a target of 142 for Delhi Daredevils in twenty overs. Abhishek Jhunjhunwala knocked 53 not out and Paras Dogra scored 29 for Rajasthan Royals (RR). Delhi Daredivils accomplish the target in 17.1 0vers loosing four wickets.
