For the next week or so there's going to be some rock 'em and sock 'em politics happening in Washington. The Healthcare Bill is now being pushed forward by both Speakerand President Obama. It has been around for a year or so without passage. Obama has been a man of singleness of purpose for it's passage. He knows that over 61% percent of Americans and some polls say 66% plus (a clear 3 to 1 margin) are against it's passage in it's present form of 1990 to 2074 pages long (it depends on what version, the house or Senate). Also, he is well aware that he's shoving this down the throats of Americans for their own good. The commander in chief is a man of great tenacity. He said along the lines of that he would rather be a one term great president than a two term turkey. And if elected that he would transform this country. Should anyone dislike his metamorphosis than they can in effect vote him out of office. Therefore he is willing to sacrifice his political office and those of his fellow democrats, the wishes of the American people, and even the U.S. Constitution if necessary to pass his platform (from which many of you rightfully and knowingly elected him upon). He is a man of destiny. No matter what one thinks of him (either pro or con) you have to respect his idealism. How many men have the Charisma to get other men in effect to commit political suicide (or end their political careers). What sacrifice these other men are willing to go through to pass this Mein Kampf (My Struggle) of a Healthcare Bill is astounding. If only other causes such as Christianity had such political warriors of zeal behind it, the whole world would been saved for sometime now. Truly the will of Obama has spoken and it must be fulfilled. Like him or lump him, Obama is the man of the hour. Please forget about the over 1.6 trillion price tag of it. And the more than $800 billion in tax and fee hikes which includes a $544 billion tax surcharge on the wealthy, a “play or pay” tax on employers that don’t provide insurance, and a tax on individuals who don’t buy health insurance. The bill also includes more than $550 billion in cuts from Medicare and Medicaid. Forget about the federally funded abortions within this bill. Just remember the man and the moment instead.
