The Swiss Government has awoken to the need of the hour and has produced small size condoms called ‘Hotshot’ and priced at 4.70 pounds sterling for a packet of 6. Normal condoms have a diameter of 2 inches while ‘Hotshot’ is of 1.7 inches – the length remains at 7.4 inches for both. . These super small size condoms can fit 12-year olds. Necessity is the mother of invention, the saying goes. And, saddled with an increasing number of teenage pregnancies, the truth has emerged that kids as young as 12 and 14 indulge in sex and do not use condoms. The official research carried out by the Federal Commission for children and Youth had interviewed nearly 1500 people from 10 to 20 years of age and discovered that children in the age group of 12 to 14 are having more sex than their counterparts did in the 90s.

These videos/films are not rated. Maybe it is the movies that entices kids into that behavior. A 12-year old should spend his/her time building robots, not babies.
And condoms won't protect against disease or pregnancy as well as abstinence. If a 12-year old wants sex that much, he/she knows exactly what to do without anyone telling the kid, and the old fashioned way doesn't involve a partner. Kids don't need condoms. They need more schoolwork and more intellectual hobbies. If they develop an interest in home remodeling or healing foods, their time might be spent in more useful pursuits.
