GOOD TRIUMPHS EVIL: Planned Parenthood On Probation!

Feb 12, 2010- Alabama puts abortion clinic on probation for illegal abortions and not reporting sex abuse.

Is it unchristian to gloat when someone or something you despise and abhor crashes and burns due to their vile sin and corruption? Perhaps it is, but I am going to revel in the joy in reporting this news story with every ounce of my being! If you support killing babies and children, this article will offend you, so head my warning.

A Planned Parenthood clinic in Alabama has been put on probation by the state after an undercover sting helped reveal that underage teens had been receiving abortions there without parental consent. They have until next week to get their act in gear and present plans to correct gross violations involving minors getting illegal abortions.

Since November 2008, a number of minors between the ages of 13 and 15 were receiving abortions without proper parental consent. An activist from "Live Action", based out of California posed herself as a 14 year old girl needing a secret abortion. Unaware of the sting operation or the fact that she was being secretly recorded, an employee stated that the abortion could be performed without parental consent. The undercover activist was encouraged that she could find some other person to pose as a parent for required consent. Busted! What I feared all along is happening at these abortion clinics!

The video also showed a Planned Parenthood employee telling a woman posing as a teenager how she can evade the state's parental consent law. It also shows how the employer encouraged the teen decoy to fudge the facts about the father of the baby being 31 years old. The employee repeatedly tells the decoy that due to HIPPA law, Planned Parenthood can't disclose any information to the decoy's parents and that everything disclosed to Planned Parenthood would be kept secret from them.

The only comment from Planned Parenthood is that they ordinarily act in a professional manner. Professional manner? For Heaven's sakes! These people were willing to cover up statutory rape and give this decoy an illegal abortion! I don't give a flying rat's ass if Planned Parenthood's policy is to keep their client's information private, they broke that trust when they volunteered to break the law and not inform the parents of treating this minor. Let's not forget that this alleged relationship between the decoy and her boyfriend was rape in the second degree- a serious felony!

The state found evidence with a real thirteen year old that went to the Birmingham clinic. Rick Harris of the Department of Public Health stated that "according to the evidence the girl reported she had been having sexual relations since she was twelve. She was pregnant. She needed an abortion. They gave her an abortion. Same girl comes in four months later and gets another abortion...A reasonable person faced with that situation would have to suspect abuse...If it was abuse we've the lost the opportunity to help that child."

To add injury to insult, the state found many sanitation violations. They were not properly disposing needles, medicines were expired, and their equipment was out of date.

Harris also did a widespread investigation into other Planned Parenthood clinics. "The Health Department report documents the same malpractice that we have found in state after state," He said. "Sexually abused minors are being neglected by Planned Parenthood, which puts its own 'abortion-first mentality' before child protection."

This is where your tax dollars are going folks. You are paying for illegal abortions. You are paying for cover-ups in sexual abuse and sex crimes. You are not only paying Wall Street bailouts, but you are paying abortion clinics across the country to hoard their revenues and put abortion first before the girls who are getting them. Pro-choice? Women's rights? Want a say in what happens to your body and not the government telling you what to do? You lost that battle long ago and didn't even realize it! It was all about government and money and corruption that was inconspicuously concealed behind the fluffy façade of women's rights. You have been duped. Our government is laughing at you and taking your money to their fat boy banks.

Obama is not asking Congress to hold Planned Parenthood accountable. President Obama has asked Congress to give it a raise. "The budget he submitted for 2011 requests a $10 million increase in Title X funds, for a total of $327,356,000 that will go directly to an organization implicated in dozens of instances of fraud, clinical deficiencies, safety violations, and criminal cover-ups. One year probation? That's a slap on Planned Parenthood's wrist! They will be back, richer than ever, giving out illegal abortions and not reporting serious and violent crimes against women!

Planned Parenthood is giving out free Valentine's Day cards - with depictions of pants on the ground, condoms and genitalia and special messages such as, "I like playing with you!" With a company financially dependent on selling contraceptives and abortion, and what better way to increase sales than promote rampant sex?!
