This is the story of a miserable millionaire. Karl Rebeder, a 47-year old businessman of Austria is a millionaire but he is not happy with his millions. He is giving them all away to help orphaned children in South America. His giveaways include his palatial $2.5 million villa which has a sauna, and a lake in the Alpines apart from a stone farmhouse. Already gifted away are his collection of half a dozen gliders and luxury car. He sold off his company in 2004 and realized that he did not need so much money. He is at present occupying a rented 2-room flat in Innsbruck, is divorced and lives on a monthly budget of $2500 – if he falls short, he would take up some sort of job.
