U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, loses her shoe on the stairs while she was being greeted by French President Nicolas Sarkozy. This incident happened on the stairs of the Elysee Palace in Paris. Luckily French President Nicolas Sarkozy swung into action and held her hands and ultimately saves her from falling.
