Florida Police Officer Arrested For Writing False Tickets

Cop Arrested For Writing Tickets Without Cause

Here is where abuse of power has gone totally wrong. On Thursday afternoon, Melbourne, FL police officer Frank Carter was arrested on five felony charges of official misconduct and misdemeanor charges of falsifying records. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement stated that Carter carried out traffic stops and wrote tickets that drivers did not commit after investigating his records after receiving a complaint from a citizen.

What was found in the investigation was startling. Every ticket that he wrote was given to a person of color. Blatant racism reeked from his pen as he wrote tickets solely based upon race.

Currently, Carter has been placed on administrative leave and demoted from the Traffic Department to uniform patrol. This racist prick deserves to be fired. Here is the video link to the story.

wow, somehow it might not be safe for him to go back to a street cop. I haven't heard Melborne, Florida in years. So I had to look. It is a crime and a shame that he would do this and after the investigation for him to think that it will all go away. Twentyone years and you would think he knew better. It makes it harder for the good ones. Jacki
