Once again the storm is brewing in South Texas As Home owners are filing one suit after another against Jim Walter Homes it seems as though this time the defects are worse than ever before and people who thought they were going to have their dream homes have nothing more than shoddy workmanship and less than adequate material in a home that is not up to codes and some less than three years old falling off the piers

The homeowners have once again sought the help of Attorney Hector P Gonzalez to help them and try to get the homes they are paying way to much money for, homes than are already falling apart and still supposed to be new with gaps and cracks and holes, shoddy plumbing, faulty electric, poorly built porches already falling off,

People from five other states are calling seeking help and trying to find Attorney's to take their case while Jim Walters is no longer building homes they merged into Walter energy and continue to take helpless homeowners to the cleaners

When will justice be served and Jim Walter and Companies have to be accountable for their actions
