Moss Bluff teen murder

19 year old Sierra Bouzigard's body was found on John Koonce Road in Moss Bluff monday of last week with the result of her death being a blunt force trauma blow to her head. Calcasieu Parish SheriffSheriff Tony Mancuso announced that there is progress in finding the suspect involved in her murder. The sheriff has said that he has interviewed 22 persons of interest who were with the murdered teenager at the time of her death. 16 of them are in jail are illegal immigrants who are in immigartion jails at this time. Sheriff Mancuso has stated it will take two weeks to determine who the suspect is based on evidence of phone records and testing of the evidence found. Sierra was given a memorial service this past monday and her family thanks the people of southwest Louisnana for their thoughts and prayer throught their ordeal. The sheriff has said any information on finding the suspect should call 491-3605.
