NGO ‘’Bendera and Jaringan’’ activist said Three SBY Minister receipt unlawful Century Bank money

Indonesian members of the House of Representatives today, Tuesday, December 1, 2009, on the their hearing meeting in Parliament building, Senayan, Jakarta, formally to go a head to establish an inquiry committee to probe the Bank Century scandal

The parliament meeting was lead by Indonesian House of Representative Chairman Marzuki Alie. Tthe meeting were attending by 365 Parliament members of the total of 560. All the faction agree to go a head to establish the inquiry committee to probe the Bank Century Scandal which the Indonesian Finance Auditor Bodies (BPK) indicate some certain unusual in the spread of the money.

The composition of the 30 members committee dominate by ruling Democratic Party members of 8 members, former Ruling Parties of Golkar 6 peoples, Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) 5 peoples, National Mandate Parties 2 peoples, PDK Faction 2 members, The Nation Awakening Parties (PKB) 2 peoples, Hanura Parties 1 person, PKS 3 peoples, and Gerindra Party 1 person.

Meanwhile more than 500 members of the Indonesian parliament has already sign their supported to establish the committee, which the Democratic Party are the last party to sign the supporting agreement which have the 144 signers.

The Century Gate which the Indonesian Central Bank spent the money around Rp 6,7 trillion to bail out the bank now still get an operations with the new name and newly investor.

Democratic Party Chairman Anas Urbaningrum said, his party will sue the peoples who said that his party use the money to pays all the the last Presidential campaign cost.

Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Hatta Rajasa who heard the issue that he receipt Rp 10,000 billion from Century Bank said he never receipt that money.
