The Villanova Wildcats got 21 points from Scottie Reynolds and a 17 point, 16 rebound effort from Antonio Pena in defeating the Rebels of Ole Miss to capture the title of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Puerto Rico Classic. Corey Stokes also chipped in an 18 point effort. Coach Jay Wright relied heavily on his upperclassmen in this effort, choosing to only use three players off his bench due to injury and ailment. He credited his team’s confidence in one another as the key element to their success in spite of being shorthanded, “It was amazing to me. They didn't blink, and I think it says a lot about these guys and how much they trust each other.”
