It will be interesting to know how Miron beat Esanda and got out of debt. Miron writes: it all started when a car he had on Hire-purchase was stolen from him in 1988 after he was jailed on trumped up charges. Although he claimed for Insurance and the Insurance company paid out the car to Esanda, Esanda refused to in any way acknowledge receiving the money. Miron knew that staff were rorting the company for thousands of dollars, but nobody wouldn't listen to him. Miron had caught the criminals single handed and by co-operating with the police was able to get them into court for restitution of the money for the car and pension money stolen out of his bank account while he was in jail through Cashcard tellers after his car was stolen. Although Miron knew that he didn't owe any money to Esanda, his name was blacklisted against finance of any kind because certain parties at Esanda openly blamed him for the loss of the car. They made statements, it's your fault that the car was stolen because you went to jail, in other words that Miron had engineered the car to be stolen and went to jail until things cool off and later he would have a free car to drive around in. It is utter crap. These particular staff vanished from Esanda in mysterious circumstances. Although Esanda were paid they kept harassing Miron for the full amount of money which he refused to pay them. They took an order out against him in Small Debts Court in 1989 to pay the money but he still refused. Esanda claimed that they never received any money from FAI and kept him blacklisted. Legal Aid advised Miron to declare himself bankrupt and wrote to Esanda to stop the harassment. Miron received 2 to 3 letters per week from them until then, but he didn't go bankrupt since he decided to take his chances and he wasn't going to take all that lying down. Nothing happened until he wanted to buy a brand new typewriter from Encyclopedia Britanica and was refused credit. He waited until 1990 and wrote a letter to J.L. Mckintosh Investment Services for advice, not long after that, he saw in a Sunday Newspaper how some people with a similar problem were blacklisted and had dealings with CRAA. Miron decided to do the same. After some correspondence with them, Miron was released by CRAA but according to Esanda he still owed the money in full and had to pay it. In 1991, Miron tried to buy a VCR but he was refused finance by AGC after a store ignored Miron's reference for credit from CRAA. Papers for finance for the car were indeed falsified by Ira Berk. Miron had the original application whereas Esanda had a false set of figures that were much higher than on the original. Ira Berk pretended that the vehicle was $1,400.00 more than what was in the original application and received money that they were not entitled to. After studying the figures, Miron rang a solicitor for advice who advised him on the phone to make an appointment with Esanda and thrash it all out for once and for all. He was told to come and discuss it with Mr Barry Sellers and Mr Simon Dancer at Esanda Centre in Brisbane. It was the World Environment Day. Miron brought a pocket cassette to record the conversation because he had ideas of going to court against Esanda's discrimination against him. When he arrived at Esanda, Mr Dancer greeted him and sent him to an interview room. Miron asked Mr Dancer: would you mind if I record our discussion so there's no misunderstanding about it later on? Mr Dancer asked: what do you want to record it for? but first, he received a fright and nearly fell backwards off his chair. Miron said: I'm thinking of taking the matter to court and letting a Magistrate sort it out. Mr Dancer said: it has already been to court. Miron said: I know, but I intend to take it further less you release me from your blacklist. Miron was able to convince Mr Dancer that there were two different sets of figures. Mr Dancer had never heard of Mr Spencer who had blacklisted Miron against finance, Mr Dancer acknowledged that the money was paid by FAI and told Miron that the vehicle was recovered from a wrecker's yard. He asked Miron if he had anything else to tell them: Miron said: here is a letter I received from CRAA releasing me from their computers 18 months ago. Barry Sellers read it first and said: by God it's true, they have released him, Mr Dancer took the letter and acknowledged it to be so. He asked Miron before the letter was produced if they can do anything for him and Miron said: release me from your computers as CRAA did. Mr Dancer asked for a photocopy of the letter, Miron said: yes, providing you return the original, that was done and Mr Dancer asked: is there anything else that you want us to do before we close this meeting? Yes Miron said: give me this in writing so that I can be sure that you have let me off your computers. They acknowledged that it would be done, and Miron did receive a letter from Mr Dancer ending his liability. He beat the Capitalists at Esanda and got out of debt without spending a penny of his own in cash.1/9/94. I thought I would just add that since my release from liability by Esanda Finance, Ira Berk were investigated and closed down for good, they closed their doors to the public and there is no such company in Queensland by the name Ira Berk anymore. They have been liquidated and have disappeared from Brisbane. I waited for the right time to sort the above matter out, the time wasn't right but it was approaching very fast. The day when somebody listens to me and does something positive to help me seemed never to come until the WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY in 1992, it is memorable because Mr Barry Sellers and Mr Simon Dancer actually helped me instead of trying to bring me down like Spencer and his Swindling CRIMINAL mob. Next lot of papers following are concerning the disappearance of my car and the prosecution of the thieves who stole it.
