Dr.Ishfaq been the topic of Pakistan news for months, the facts which never came on forum are too much painful and the government can’t do anything to safeguard own Nationals.

Dr.Ishfaq has done PHD in Criminology and having dual nationality. He is a pure active Muslim from Pakistan with finest performance while working in the Europe and America. He married with a French national; she converted to Islam and started a good life. The couple had some conflicts later, resulted separation like Imran KhanImran Khan. His son being a Muslim was handed over to him and he brought him to Pakistan for the learning’s of Islam. He supported his son for the sacred cause and was developing as a true Pakistani and a practical Muslim.

When the boy is 9 years with the proper recitation of Quran, the lady after the divorce converted to Christian reached Pakistan and launched FIR against the father for the kidnapping of her son.

Punjab Police located him because the Embassy of the France was active to pressurize the Government of Pakistan to recover the boy to be handed over to the mother.

Police arrested the father and brought to the so called court of Law (Lahore High Court). The debate started by the lawyers of both the sides, the COURT DECISION was?

Father accused for the kidnapping of his own son and given a Muslim Pakistani son to the Christian French mother in the presence of media and public in the courts. Father sent to jail who is highly educated and a practical Muslim.

Son Umer Ishfaq Malik been kicking the mother in the courts holded by the Police and been resisting to go with the non Muslim mother and a foreigner, crying for his father who was arrested to be sent to jail.

Is this the protection to the Pakistani Nationals we always seek?

Where is human rights and its implementation in the Islamic Republic Of Pakistan?

I met Dr.Ishfaq personally and felt sorry for the worst decisions against him, who has shown high degree of injustice at the part of the Law of Pakistan and also mentioned that he has the European nationality but he had faith on Pakistan as first National, if he would have mentioned his European Nationality than it would have been more better for him to get the court orders in his favor.

Who will provide protection to a Pakistani Muslim? Who will get rights to a Pakistani Muslim father on his son? Pakistan Government can protect its CITIZENS in the world?

If Pakistan Government can’t support their Muslim National within the country than Pakistani’s can keep their head up to be the proud Pakistani’s?
