Joe Jackson asks for lots of money from Michael's estate
Joe Jackson, 80, Michael Jackson's father is asking for a stipend from his son's estate of $15,000 a month.
The trust currently pays $26,000 monthly to his mother, Katherine and $60,000 a month to his three children and an undisclosed amount to various charities.
The court documents stated that Joe Jackson receives a $1,700 Social Security check and had received support from his son before his death.
Joe Jackson's expenses are listed as $1,200 a month on rent, $2,500 for food, $1,000 on entertainment, gift and vacations and $5,000 for travel and hotels.
