Customer Service and Amazon

In the past, I have trained others to provide good customer service. Because of this, I am very sensitive to how I am treated. It is my experience that good customer service is rarely offered these days.

Whether it is at a deli, library, or online store, people have become accustomed to simply hoping for the best and getting what they want with the least amount of difficulty, and not much more.

In my opinion, Amazon provides stellar customer service at all times. I have used Amazon, first as a book provider, then as a store for other things, including electronics, groceries and gift items for some years now. Due to the fact that I use them several times most months, it stands to reason that from time to time there will be a problem with a sellar. Amazon never fails to right the wrong promptly and with the minimum of fuss.

If only the airlines, for instance would take a page out of their book! The better I have been treated, the more I buy. Makes sense doesnt it? Amazon, highly recommeded for all of your online shopping.
