Public Defender, Under The Commonwealth Freedom of Information Act 1992, I seek access to all my files and or anything concerning me. Under Federal Section 30 I therefore ask that any fees be waived in full because I am dependent on an Invalid Pension for income, and a substantial fee would cause me hardship. The documents relate to my personal affairs. If you decide that any of the documents I have requested are

technically confidential, I urge you to use your discretionary power in Section 14 Federal and to release the documents as the objects of FOI Section 3 require. They consist of any files and or copies of any record concerning me, and/or any correspondence that you may have had with all or any parties or agencies concerning me over the years 1986 through 1988. The writer understands that State Freedom of Information

Legislation is to come into existence, but will not be in force until 1 October 1992. In any event, with respect to your request, I would be grateful if you would advise the reason for seeking the material outlined in your letter and also whether you are seeking any particular material. Upon receiving your further advice, I shall be able to consider
