after perusing my pension file I have discovered that indeed there is a descrepency where I was paid 2 payments less after my pension was transferred from Rydalmere Mental Hospital, Victoria Rd Rydalmere. I received payment of $88.20 for end of November 72 and first pay in December that year as a counter cheque from your office in Sydney, but 28 December 72 and 11 January 1973 have never been paid to me. The Brisbane office argued that the money was never owed me, but in Sydney I was told that they did. That is without Supplementary alowance. I want to know where it went to.

Dear Mr Lovric
I refer to your letter applying for replacement payment for pension payment on 28 December 1972 and 11 January 1973. The Department is unable to replace these two payments as there is insufficient information available to establish the liability on the claim due to the passage of time involved. The authority for this decision is under Finance Direction 34/23 Statutes of Limitations. This decision was made by a delegate of the Secretary under the Social Security Act. If you think the decision is incorrect you can phone Mrs J Rogers
on 897.0777 to talk about it.
She will check that all the facts have been considered and tell you why the decision was made. If you still disagree, you can talk to an Authorised Review officer.
