The brother of U.S. President...Our father was "drunk in most cases".

The half-brother of U.S. President Barack Obama said at a news conference Wednesday (to announce a new book), that his father was "drunk in most cases, the abusive and arbitrary."

Mark Ndisango Obama told reporters in China"My father beat me and my mother, I have tried not to remember these things for several years…no one can beat his wife and son."

Ndisango disappeared since Obama is elected President of the United States, but he broke his silence, Wednesday, to talk about his novel "from Nairobi to Shenzhen," a name of a city in south China where he lives.

The White House did not comment on the statements Ndisango, but U.S. President Barack Obama was endorsed in his book "Dreams of My Father" that his father was an alcoholic. "
