Is expected to announce in the coming hours of the Americas agreement between the two giants (Yahoo) and (Microsoft) in the field of search engines, so that together can compete with the biggest giant in this area is the engine (Google).

According to reports it was not known whether the parties have signed any formal agreements for the completion of the deal, which will also include cooperation in the field of advertising.

Indicated that the two companies were to have entered into discussions consumed a lot of time to get to this cooperation, according to the magazine "Wall Street Journal."

The engine, Microsoft has launched the new "ping" last June, which was a big success, but the company nevertheless is still able to profit from advertising on its website.
According to the agreement, the parties expected Sicarcan in advertising revenue that will be published on the new site.

The Microsoft last year, has applied to buy Yahoo worth $ 47.5 billion, but Yahoo rejected the offer, which made Microsoft think otherwise.

Is expected to reduce the agreement between the two companies from the huge gap that separated from Mnavshma Qoukl, which represents only 65 per cent of the market, while Microsoft's share is 8.4 per cent, while Yahoo's share of about 20 per cent.

Yahoo will be responsible for the ads that appear next to search results in its addition to a number of Microsoft sites, Yahoo will also use Microsoft's engine "ping" on its website.
