Person of interest in Tim Brenton slaying shot.
Following a time from one of the man's neighbors, police made a visit to a Tukwila apartment complex. As police approached the man, he fled until became boxed in by police. The man then brandished a firearm, and was reportedly shot in the head by police. As of the time of this posting, the man is alive and being treated. The police are not listing the man as a suspect in the Halloween slaying at this time, but as a person of interest.
