Therapeutic Method May Ease Insomnia

For workers in round-the-clock operating companies, they are advised to take care of their health especially during night shift. It is believed that the hours between 10 pm to 3 am are the best times for sleep. For night owls, even though they had rested during the day, health experts argue that the daytime sleep isn’t sufficient for the lost energy given at night. People in hospitals, factories, business process outsourcing who have irregular body clocks, varied sleep times and off days have to give back ample rest on their days off. Irregular work schedules outside 9 am - 5 pm are not good according to experts. They say that during daylight, the body has a tough time dealing with sleep. At night, it is automatic for the body to rest. This indicates that workers in these industries have high chances of developing sicknesses in the future.
