High Time to recognise our responsibilty

The time has come when we indians should stop blaming & critisizing government every now & then . Now it has become habit of indians to complain about public utility services, whenever there is a chance e. g. dealy in trains- blame gov. , heavy rain- blame gov, cyclone , earthquake , tsunami, population explosion , slums , flith , dirty roads , load shedding . To what extent we r going to take on government. we indians should understand that our government is formed by democratic process & so gov. is made up of us. here for many of the above problems general public should be blamed. for example water logging. thi s problem arises not due to government inefficiency but due to throwing garbage , plastics into nallahs , rivers then for load shedding also what can gov. do? if there is no enough power to cope up with ever increasing population
