Obviously there is a difference between the two when it comes to price, but what about employee treatment? I have worked in the Shaw's in hanover myself for a while now. No one besides managers work full-time so none of the floor employees get the full time benefits for the most part, and I myself got promoted about 6 months ago and they still haven't given me the raise they owe me, they keep saying, they will take care of it, they will take care of it, they still have not taken care of it. With most people there not working full time, and the fact that a supermarket job is normally just a side job, the normal workers there are not exactly pulling in a lot of cash, yet there health insurance policy is 92 dollars a week, for most people that work there, that is over half their paycheck each week, I think I'll go to mass. health thank you very much. The way they treat workers there is overall unfair and a little rude, for example, I was at work yesterday, we are going to start closing at 10 o'clock instead of 11 and the girl next to me said "I'm going to get even less hours" the department manager was nearby and here response was "stop whining", not exactly a managerial attitude.
