Peshawer: it was 1:15pm on wednessdy when a car carrying 150KG of explosives blew up by a remote controle device resulting 107 casulties and more than 200 injured. among the victims are mostly women and children and shopkeepers. the blast occured in peolple mndi, meen bazar which was over-crowded by innocent civillians.the explosion shook the radius of 2 Km and six of old buildings and 60 shops were raied to the ground.the blst ws so powerfull that the limbs of the victims were found being scattered in the re of 200 meters.

Rescue workers. Police and media vaans rushed to the place and victims were taken to Lady Reading Hospital where hospitl dministration had declared emergency.

AIG bomb disposal squad sid that aaccording to their primary investigations 150KG of explosive mterial was plnted in white colour lto car which was parked at the entrance of meena baazar near a mosque. some people climed that the car was parked around 9.am in the morning and it remained there unchecked for about 3 hours.they climed that it was negligence of agencies and police and also show the security laps in provincial capital of NWFP.

presidnet of pkistan, prime minister and leadership of all political parties condemned the brutal incident and vowed to fight with extremists till victory.
