Malik Nadal Hasan, a Jordanian Muslim and major in the army went on a shooting rampage today at Fort Hood in Texas where he was stationed. He killed 11 and wounded 31 more before being shot by Texas Police. He was shot at least 4 times and is in stable condition.

Our prayers go out to the families of the killed and wounded.

What part do you not agree with? He was a Muslim, it was a terror attack, and it was on US soil. Just the facts! Why wont anyone state the obvious?

So when a white guy kills a bunch of people it is a Christian terrorist attack? When the VT killer went on a rampage was it a Korean Terror attack? When a black guy murders someone is it an African Terrorist? You fail to see the underlying bigotry of what you are saying. The correct way to put it would be, Man Goes on Rampage on Army Base. If later there is a connectoin found to terrorist groups (no being muslim does not make you a terrorist automatically) then you can correctly say Terrorist Attacks. Terrorism is a long drawn out process of instilling fear within a group of people. Al qaida is a terrorist group, the Taliban is a terrorist group, the Lashkar-e-Taiba is a terrorist group. They have been killing and oppressing people for years. One man who happens to be Muslim and is against the war in Iraq (not Afghanistan mind you) is not the definition of a terrorist. In your definition anyone with a grudge against anything and who is muslim is a terrorist. STOP WATCHING FOX NEWS AND GET OUT YOUR LITTLE HOLE IN YOUR MOMMAS BASEMENT. The world will not wait for you to catch up. You must conform to modern society or forever be pushed to the fringe where you belong.

When someone who subscribes to a faith which actively calls for the death of Americans, yells "Allah Akhbar" and then proceeds to methodically shoot over 40 of them (Americans), it can reasonably be presumed that he is acting out of convictions of his faith - Hence my description of him as a Muslim. Again the attack certainly caused terror... Maybe a better title would have been "Muslim Killing Infidels Cheated out of Virgins" If he would have been killed he would have gotten his virgins but unfortunately he lived.
