Bailiff of the Magistrates

Court at BRISBANE to the Registrar of the said Court.

I certify, that the defendant has left the address given and

present tenants could not offer any information as to where he

might be located. I have confirmed this information with

postal authorities.

Dear Sir/Madam, this is just a gentle reminder that you have not

yet paid me nothing. You made a verbal agreement with me that

you would pay some money at the end of November 1992. I have not

received any money from you yet. Would you please upon receipt

of this notice, send me payment of $346.00 in full to the

address given on the Warrant Of Execution. If you do not pay, I

shall pay you a visit at your shop on Thursday, 14th January

1993. If still you do not comply, I shall have no alternative

but to consult with the Bailiff once again therefore, increasing

the financial burden upon you with further costs.

The address was given me by Peter Stockwell as a cover up for

Daniel Griffin's misdeeds and some of his own also because they

were all in the swindle of me together.

Between MITA Photocopiers and Miron Lovric, it has been agreed

that I Miron Lovric return the photocopier for service and resale

and refund of moneys on the machine. Until such time that it,

the Copier MINOLTA EP310 is sold it remains the property of

Miron Lovric. We also agree that in the mean time, money will be

paid to Miron commencing this day Friday 15 January 1993 and

payments will be made each Friday. Miron Lovric shall also sign

a receipt on receiving each payment until the said transaction

is finished. This agreement to be signed by both parties.

I wrote this in duplicate, I signed but the owner of the

business refused to do that. It is Mrs Griffin, the mother of

the former owner Daniel Griffin. She has a copy of this

agreement.

Repayments of $20.00 per week were being made to me by Mrs

Griffin. Paid me $20.00 on 15/2/93.
