water 2 glass.

salt 2 tea.sp.

sugar 2 tea.sp.

in warm water 1.5 glass dilute yeasts and sugar.

in 30 min.add flour,water,salt,and cook pastry just not sticky to wall a pan.

after put his for 3.5 hour in warm place,and timely low pastry in rising.

ready pastry divide for 3 part and add in forms.

wet a top water and bake to ready in 180 C.

in a not sticky,like enter in bread stick thus bread is ready.
