why indian managers are tyrants!!!???
anyone who has worked with an Indian expatriate must have faced incredible difficulties, they are wonderful to their superiors they would do anything for them but when it comes to subordinates oh my god they are tyrants they treat people like slaves, they expect to be worshiped and idolized... they like to brake your spirit and show you every minute of your duty that you are under them, they don't respect persons they respect authority, they don't seek respect from subordinates they require slaves that worship and never speak out, they will never claim responsibility of their actions when it fails and they will attribute all failures to scapegoats they set up just like Oussama Bin Laden sets out his bombers. they play politics and they retain information...
