I moved to PA over four years ago.This state is not only beautiful and so clean,but they have so many programs to help:

Young teen mothers

Low-income families

Senior Citizens

And more.

They have a program called(Lipurp)that helps low-income families pay for their electric

Another one is the (Cap)program that helps low-income families pay for their gas.

And many more.

The state of Pennsylvania really does reach out to help all their people.

Thank-You-Pennsylvania for being there!!!!!
