Though a week has been passed since the occurrence deadly bomb blast in People Mandi but still young Adnan is waiting to see the dead bodies of his father Ibrar Hussain , three sisters and brother who along with other four members of the family become prey to the inhuman act which left Adnan alone to bear the heartbreaking movements.
The lone survivor of his family Adnan Hussain, student of metric considered himself very unfortunate to live alone after seven members his family including his Mother, Father Ibrar Hussain, fours sisters Sonia Ibrar, Irum Ibrar, Sahrish Ibrar, Fariha Ibrar and his teenager brother Salman Ibrar become target of the terrorists.
For Adnan it was grimy and bleak aspect of the tragedy he faced in very younger age that he could not seen the dead bodies of his father Ibrar Hussain, Sisters Sonia Ibrar, Sahrish Ibrar, Fariha Ibrar and his 4 year old brother Salman Ibrar who had went to Meena Bazaar for shopping they considered necessary before attending the wedding ceremony of Ibrar Hussain’s nice which was schedule for November first at Yakatot.
Ibrar Hussain, after the closer General Transport Service (GTS) had left Peshawar for the better future of his children and started life in Rawalpindi with the purchase of a pushing cart which he used to sell commodities of daily life, had attached all his hopes with the completion of Adnan’s education who is reading in class 10th at Rawalpindi.
Considering education most important for him and his family Adnan avoid to travel Peshawar along with his family aiming that in the absence of his family he could better utilize the time for preparation of his metric examination so he would secure high marks to come up with expectation of his father who was finding it hard to feed his family with pushing cart.
Ignoring the agony of missing his whole family for ever Adnan had waited for the removal of the debris from the spot to recover the dead bodies of his loved ones however he was unaware that debris removal instead healing would further add salt to his wounded heart. “It would have been very satisfactory for me had I buried my father, sisters and brother along with my mother but missing even their bodies will be very smacking for me, and very hard to forget them, as I have not seen their bodies,” Adnan said.
When asked will he continue his education now, Adnan said he will stay in Rawalpindi till his exams in March after he will shift to Peshawar to live his uncle Arshad Hussain and visit the grave of his mother.
The indifferent attitude of the incumbent government of ANP, Adnan said instead protecting masses the rulers were buying bulletproof for themselves leaving the public an easy target for the terrorists.
Questioning the killers of his whole family Adnan said his teenager brother Salman had committed no sin but still he was killed in a very brutal way as even pieces of his dead body were shattered around and could not be found at the spot.
Adnan Hussain’ s uncle Arshad said ruler had been making false claims as they even not bothered to come and condole with the family whose 9 members were killed, even dead bodies of five of them could not be recovered yet.
