EMI is sueing US music website over Beatles tunes

Although purchasing music via digital download has been a popular format for music fans in the past few years, there have been some artists whose music is yet to become available in any digital formats. The most notable of these is British rock legends The Beatles.

On December 7 all that will change when all of the Liverpool mop top band's music will be available in a limited edition green apple USB. The stem of the apple is a USB memory stick containing all of The Beatles albums, 13 mini documentaries about the albums, rare photos, and the original album artwork. The cost for the collection will be $US279.99/£200.

Albums included on the USB are:
"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"
"Yellow Submarine"
"Revolver"
"With the Beatles"
"Beatles for Sale"
"Please, Please Me"
"Magical Mystery Tour"
"The Beatles"
"Rubber Soul"
"Help!"
"Let it Be"
"Past Masters One and Two"
"A Hard Day's Night"
"Abbey Road"
