While speaking at a conference in Istanbul, the former US President Clinton remarked that he would have loved to leave the White House in a coffin implying that he would not have left unless death or elections took them apart. However, his indirect association with the White House still exists since his wife Hillary is now the Secretary of State to President Obama. Bill Clinton was President of US for two terms – from 1993 to 2001 and, his recent attempts to secure the release of two jailed journalists from North Korea shows that he has not lost his touch and can exert his influence on the international community, when needed.
