A study "Builiding climate resilience in the agriculture of Asia & Pacific" was conducted by Asian Development Bank Paksitan revealed that economy of Paksitan is much sensitive to climate changes.Agriculture is the back bone of Pakisan's economy and shares 20% of GDP and employees more than 40% of manpower.So day by day increase in global warming is much dangerous for pakistan.Reoprt states taht 23% of population of Pakistan lives below the poverty line and directly affects capability to cope with climate changes.In Paksitan only one quarter of Country's total land is arable and 80% of this land widely depand on irrigation through canal system and facing water degradation.Climate change will be a significant challange for development in 21st century for Pakistan and other countries in Asia and Pacific.Pakistan is already in alarming list of danger to food security.
